Ember is a web-based social experiment exploring the dynamics of digital empathy and collective judgment. Functioning as an anonymous sanctuary, the application enforces a "slow web" ritual by revealing only one user-submitted secret per day, compelling the community to pause and vote on whether the confessor deserves forgiveness. Built on Firebase for real-time synchronization, the project combines an atmospheric, film-grained aesthetic with a strict daily deadline, gamifying the act of absolution while protecting user identity through a serverless, ID-free architecture.

Emotion Drift is a minimalist VST3 audio plugin I developed that applies vintage warmth and analog imperfections through a single-knob interface. The project challenged me to create a professional-grade lo-fi effects tool that refuses complexity while maintaining audio quality, capturing the nostalgic character of cassette tapes and vinyl records. I built both the audio plugin and a polished marketing website featuring dynamic time-based theming, scroll animations, and editorial design that demonstrates my ability to deliver complete, user-focused products from concept to launch.

As a member of Team Ingenium, I contributed to “The Blind Spot: Turning Silence into Data,” a project developed during a national innovation challenge focused on reducing the gender digital divide in Italy. The team leveraged the Leonardo Supercomputer to analyze hundreds of corporate Non-Financial Statements, uncovering systematically omitted gender-related data. The project introduced the Omission Severity Score (OSS), an algorithm that quantifies and penalizes the absence of critical metrics such as the Gender Pay Gap and women’s representation in STEM roles, reframing corporate silence as a measurable financial and governance risk. The project achieved 2nd Place overall and received the Collaboration Award for institutional synergy and impact.

An enhanced Python automation tool designed to streamline the retrieval of academic materials from the University of Bari E-learning portal. Building upon the original foundation by my university colleague and friend Roberto Massante, I significantly optimized the project by implementing BeautifulSoup for faster, more robust web scraping and developing a Tkinter-based GUI to make the utility accessible to the general student body. This version transforms a technical script into a functional desktop application, allowing users to effortlessly synchronize their course files for offline study.
